i was on a business trip to germany years ago. when i arrived at the station, my good friend harry picked me up in his private car. harry is a clerk in the german branch of our trading company. on the way to the company hostel, i talked with him excitedly. when he passed an intersection, the red light on the opposite side was on. harry didn't have time to brake and rushed straight over. 在大城市或者其他城市，这也许是不可思议的。但在我们这座小城，除了汽车等大型车辆遇红灯停车外，其它如摩托车，电瓶车，自行车等等，屡闯红灯，已到了见怪不怪，习以为常的地步了。

更为可悲的是，在我们的周围，还有多少这样的小事被熟视无睹。引申开来，人在旅途，面对法律的红灯高悬，依然是麻木不仁，横冲直闯，等待你的恐怕就是灾难性的后果了，诸如牢狱之灾，甚至是人头落地，家破人亡。
